Bought this tonight after watching videos and reading Network Text for College course in TCP /IP and could not get a good grasp through my assigned textbook. Looked up some web sites for tutorials, practice pages etc but they weren't giving me the understanding. I found this book and figured "What could I lose for a few bucks " and Man is it worth the $. I wish this guy wrote my textbook!!! Ramon, this is awesome.Outstanding explanations of network subnetting. I took a break and had to write this!!! Thank you!! btw I grabbed your other books also. I'm making a transition to IT from a prior career. This will definitely help on the journey!

As another reviewer mentioned, there are various methods to subnet. I have found this one to be the easiest of all! Once you get the hang of the method, you can quickly become a subnetting master, and never be stumped trying to subnet again. Highly recommended!
The perfect book for beginners! The author really has a way with words. Nothing seemed too technical and everything was easy to understand. I actually feel like I learned stuff!

I enjoyed the book very much, it's been a difficult task for me to understand Subnetting and with the Dinkins approach given in this book i feel more confident about doing the practice exercises.
